Hello Everyone,
I am Seema, i have worked as an offr oll Emp. in my current organization for 3 months , after that continuing my job as an on roll emp.
but till date i am facing problems for my PF withdrawal of Off roll period of 3 month.
My employers are saying that i am not eligible to withdraw it , as i worked only for 3 months as an Off Roll Emp.
I can only withdraw my 3 months PF if i have worked more than 3 months in the organization.
Pls guide me for the same , what i can do to withdraw my 3 months PF amount.

OK
Seema,
you can not withdraw your EPF (&EPS) because you are still in the same establishment and there is no defination of off roll employee and on roll employee. So if the establishment is same, then the EPF number given to you would also be the same as before.
So if they are saying that you are not eligible for EPF then they are talking nonsense.
Stay Cool,
