Dear Amit,

Congrats you got the job. But remember don't lie next time because it will decrease your confidence level in the organisation.

Well don't worry we all are here to help you out in setting new HR Department.

Prepare the list of the employees by your own with all details like Employee ID, Name, Father / Husband Name, DOB, DOJ, Present Address, Permanent Address, Salary Details, PAN Number and other useful information of your choice, etc.

Prepare employee personal files and check all documents are available or not - if not then arrange all the documents like copy of offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letters etc.

If not registered then go for PF Registration & ESI Registration

Check out what are policies active in the company

On the basis of active policies prepare office policies like, leave, attendance & absenteeism, conveyance, In and outstation policy, etc.

Prepare chart on training and development activities

Checkout the budget and draft employee engagement activities etc.

Hope this will work as initial click
