Organization belief, all employees must be in happy frame of mind.
It is very heartening to know that the Organization has lofty ideals.
How you verified the belief by conducting feedback surveys?
It will show you areas of contentment and happiness.
The survey will also tell you the areas that merit attention to improve further.

Your evaluation is correct.

If we study the Psychology of Employment class regarding Job Satisfaction, we will find that, during this 21st Century, Employees are not such worried or crazy to have some more salary. Due to rapid growth of Industries, Employers are providing remuneration on compensation basis. Hence, getting some more salary then the present job is not a hard task. But, during this century, Employees are very much conscious about their job satisfaction. They may compromise with salary but can not with the Work Environment or Job satisfaction.

Everyone tries to perform good and everyone eager to exhibit his flair. At this situation the roll of a HR Professional to identify his nature of interest and involve him in that kind of work. Frankly speaking, taking the best quality work.

There are very rare Employees those are unhappy and do not perform good due to Salary issue. If, an Employee is satisfy in his work, he definitely perform good and work happily with interest.

So, Work environment matters a lot to keep Employee happy and productive.

I agree with the views above. But I have a different question, Do you guys think Happy employees are motivated employees? How do the organization motivates its employees?

Happy employees is one of the greatest strengths of any organization. Happiness of the individual reflects in to the work output. However happiness of the individual depends on many factors, such as Culture of the organization, Timely appraisal, Adherence to the work norms, Monitory benefits, Respecting their self esteem, and so many.
The boss / dept. head has to spend time and understand the employee thoroughly- especially the strengths and weaknesses, and assign the job which he/she can perform. The job may be difficult - the success will motivate the individual and make him/her happy.

Actually, there are different ways by which we can Motivate Employees subject to cadre and competency level of the Employee.

See, first off all the Organisation should have sufficient plus points, those can be used as points. The HR, who is the knot between the Employer and Employee hould have a clear and gentle personality, to whome Employees can rely.

If, we want to motivate an employee, first of all we have to know some basic things about him. Which can be got by the Profile of the employee. After taking a refference of Profile, we have to wait for a suitable time to interect with the Employee. During conversation, we have to show him that, we know almost everything about the Employee and we like him or respect him as a good professional. And this trick has to repeat two three times in case of the Employees to whome you want to Motivate

By this above practice, Employees start to trust the HR Personnel. Ones they faith us, we will be the best person for them and they listen and start to obay our suggestions. During, the above practice, the HR Personne has to keep patient and discus in a very polite way. It, is a very lengthy procedure and needs support of Management and no one should interfere or state different spitch.

Ones, Employees feel that, their job/earning/life is safe and secure in the Organisation, they start to behave ery positively and state positive statement towards the Organisation. But, after some days, the trick has to impliment again.

Remember, when we join a new institution, we do not know any one or trust any one or obay anyone but duecourse of time, we become motivated by some one unknownly an become his friend and start to do everything which he said.

For Motivation, Involvement with the Issues of Employees, listening them and solving problems is very very Important. And, it is not possible, without the support of the Management.

Good, safe, hygine and comfort work environment with respective neture of work is itself a good Motivation.

Another point I have forgeton, your question was, do you think happy employees are motivated employees?
No, I do not think such. Some Employees those are very positive and experienced or familier with the Professional Environment have the capability to motivated by themselves. But, very few. And also there are few Employees, those can not be Motivated.
