Would you like to share what actually made you feel like for promoting your garments by approaching IT companies, is the best marketing idea?
You are running a garment show room and wants to promote your material with IT companies only, any specific reason for that or what you feel like is good by going this way to promote your material and hope you have planned out for what benefit you can expect with this idea or how you can represent yourself with it.
Second, there is no direct way to reach right person in companies except approaching their marketing and administration department personally but I seriously want to know more about your business and promotion plan if you'd like to share.
My business is mainly depending the IT guys and most of my customers are them only.
IT guys are more fond on day to day fashions. So I concentrate in their premises.
Some of the IT companies I am contacting through references But I am not able to reach the big companies. So I requested in our forum.
I am from an MNC and have spent 7 years with Corporate Sector but certainly not from IT company, have a good sense of fashion and spend a good money every month for branded clothing.
I have people in my knowledge /contacts from almost every sector such as IT, BPO, Retails, Manufacturing, Engineering, Real Estate and also from TV /Media sector. And to let you know if I found one from Media and IT company, spending a good amount for branding clothing than I also have seen the people buying expensive watches, other gift items and clothing who are from Manufacturing Units..
Time is changing, therefore not just to concentrate on IT Companies but to other too and need to go for a survey because you are a business man and in business these things matters alot
Lastly, you need to visit the companies directly with your profile/ plans and try to meat marketing/admin people which is the only best idea to approach them.. Email communication i dont believe can be fruitful anyhow..
