I have Done MBA with HR and IR from one Govt University, working as HR Trainee in one Korean MNC, which is engage in R & D of automobile spare part software development part is done in India and other manufacturing part and testing part done in Korea
Here as a trainee(working here since sep 2011) this is my first Job here i get work Admin part like cab management, Food , Attendance, Vendor dealing etc.
my reporting structure is like one immediate senior , then one super senior then MD of Company.
As a admin part:
my job is cab handling (major, work share with one female admin cum front offer girl - that i don't want as wanted(job part) to work as i want more exposure in HR part more, and facing some issue), Food ( that part is working very smooth and fine), Vendor dealing ( going awesome no issue)
As HR part :
my Job is attendance management(solely) working fine no issue.
some confidential work (not suppose to give me as tainee) is given by my immediate senior which is not known by my super senior.
and joining formality of new joinee. transportation part like send employee to Korea VISA process.
now these day our organisation is rapidly growing so cab management part is suffering as i am not able to give my time, and due to work load i am unable to set my priority as situation come i do my work accordingly,
the work given by my immediate senior is as confidential which i can not show to any one and can not mention in my day to day work and report. but i need that for my career growth.
now i am over load of work in last week of every month as i have to submit all the bills
and compile all the summary and attendance for salary.
now i am unable to work properly and my performance is going down i am making many silly mistake. now days my super senior raise question mark on my authentication.
now if i left some work and refuse to take confidential work then my growth will stop as i wanted to go in HR profile only.
now my question is ::
How how to manage all the things tactfully??? as i have lots of work so unable to make priority of work as all are important for me so as any of them work come to me i do that one.
i don't want to refuse confidential work which is given to me by my senior, and i have to work on those too for my growth.
due to over work i am committing mistake on my work which is downing my performance. so how to concentrate on my work and do effectively and timely.
these days due to my over work i followed : i don't take tea break, avoid some personal work, late sitting in office,
please guide me and enlighten me as i have only one year exp. so unable to take right decision or might be need to improve my working style but wanna how ??
you guidance is more important for me to survive in this industry. suggest what should i do.....
