My younger sister got an offer from Accentutre, she has 2 years experience & worked with 2 companies her first company in which she worked 1.5 years have closed & it's land-line no also allotted to another company
she has all relevant docs (offer,joining,salary slip, experience) while method of payment was cash.
is there can be any problem in background check or Should she accept the offer ?
Please inform this will help us to make decision ,i will be very thankful ...

that will not be a issue please give some proofs to refer that the previous company is closed.

Proof that previous company close if someone visit at company address then he will know it from locals & there is no reply from company info. mailing address.

If your certificates and documents are genuine, You can proceed. There will be no issues when it comes to background verification also mention to the prospective employer that the company has been closed/ wound-up.
