I am working as a HR, I have completed 4 months of probation period but still didn\'t get any confirmation mail from the organisation. In this regard I text my CEO long back. today i received his reply and asking a document for the confirmation. please help me in this regard, i don\'t know what should i include in the document for the purpose of confirmation.

- What does your appoinment letter say?
- Are you the only on ein HR. what is the currnet policy/ process and practice to confirm employees?
- Is there a documents?
- In the absence of all...probably your delivrables would be expected...but not sure in 4 months how much would you have done/ delivered and closed

-During the appointment it was discussed that my salary will be revised after viewing my performance.ie. 4 months
-Yes i am the only one in HR. and i do probation confirmation for our employees once after getting positve response from their seniors
- There is no document for the purpose of confirmation.
- My Accomplishment during the 4 months, i have already forwarded longback to my CEO
