Dear Saten, Yes, legally the company can give you notice and ask you to leave without cause. Is there any other question that you have? please be specific.
Dear sir, If I Leave company today, what will be the compensation that company will pay me ?
Will Employer pay me the salary of Next 3 Months, If I leave my Job Today? (In old cases they had paid Advance 3 Months salary to Employees)
Well, if they are giving you 3 months notice then you will continue working with them for 3 months and they will pay you salary.
If they don't want you to serve entire 3 months notice then they have to pay you for the shortfall in notice.
If you want to leave now, negotiate with the firm. They may give you 3 months pay and relieve you. Sometimes companies do not want employees to come to work during the notice period and will gladly pay in-lieu of notice.
