The information that you have given is too inadequate to provide any help. Even if you had given sufficient information then also I would have recommend you writing the draft and uploading it here. Some senior like me will correct.
While approaching seniors it is always better to come up with draft.
Secondly, your choice of category of post is also incorrect. You should have chosen "HR Stuff" and then sub-category as "Talk to Seniors". You have chosen category of "Events/Resources" and then "Announcement". You need to correct yourself on that count also.
