Hi Seniors,
I need your help, i'm currently working working in an education industry..
We prepare students for IIT Coaching and we majorly hire teachers for teaching students..
We have a general appointment cum agreement letter that we get signed by the new joinees in which we mention that they can not leave the organisation without serving notice and especially can not leave in between the academic session..
But the teachers generally leave the company without any notice, we have also filed legal cases against few of these teachers, but are still not able to stop this..
Now we have decided to take some PDC's of good amount from all the senior faculty members and also to get some legal document signed by them, request you to please share some format and what all things we should keep in mind while writing this draft?

While you do have a REAL problem--from one angle, more than a Corporate resignations situation [here it's a matter of students' future]--you have not mentioned about any effort made, IF at all, from your end to identify the problem(s).
There's always a strong possibility of the Institution contributing to the present scenario [it's policies, timely payment of salaries, etc].
If you can give more details from this perspective, the members would be able to suggest more realistically.
The Faculty leaving COULD BE THE CONSEQUENCE RATHER THAN THE CAUSE of the present situation.
