Dear Sushant,
After quieting from ESIC range your employer should cover you under Mediclaim Insurance benefit as per company policy.
and
Regarding benefit from ESIC, it has stop after one month while your contribution not deposited to ESIC due to any reason.
You should ask to HR Department to cover yourself under Mediclaim Insurance Scheme of your organization.
Thanks

I also second Mr. Surendra, ESIC can be stopped either from 1st April, or 1st October, till that time your ESIC deduction will be made and you are eligible for all the benefits of ESIC. After that you are covered under Medical Insurance from the company as per your company policy and you can avail the Insurance coverage/benefits and not from ESIC.
Hope that your query must have resolved

Dear Shushant,
I think you have not contacted H.R.Department,pl.contact your H.R.Head
he will explain to you, that as you have cross the salary limit of 15,000/-p.m.you are not eligible for
ESIC benefit, and comp.must have covered the Mediclaim policy.so that you can avail the Insurance
benefit. We hope that you got proper answer,of your Query.

Even after cessation of the contribution to ESIC he is eligible for his following beneficial period.Hence he can avail the sickness benefits upto end of the beneficial period.Medical Insurance is company's optional but not mandotory/statutory.

If salary is less than 15000 then only ESI Act applicable otherwise not. If your salary increased then ESI contribution also will be stopped, hence, without ESI contribution how u will entitled for benefit?

I think, ESIC has their own procedure of reimbursement of medical expenses and perhaps only those expenses are reimbursed which are incurred through their tie-up hospitals etc. I think, it will be more better if you visit ESI dispensary to which you are attached and discuss the matter.
