Hi, I am Arijit Pal, MBA (HR), having a good exposure on HR profile jobs with 2.5 years (July 2010 to December 2012) of experience in private sector. I am very urgently looking for a job in any location in India but not getting any positive response from any employer. I am not interested in consultancies.
Kindly inform me if any openings available suited to my experience and knowledge. Also help me out if there is any up-gradation or modification required to my resumes to get positive response.

We understand your query and concern but you must not forget that this is a community not a job portal which get you the immediate job openings or details, and you must understand first.
Second, if anyone came across any good opening suited to your profile, will surely contact you and if you didn't get any response from anyone within the time you are expecting, doesn't mean no one wants to help you.
Third, hope you have a profile with job portals and if yes, need to update the same and apply jobs regularly which is suitable to your profile.
And about your resume that you have shared, I have gone through the same and found many things are missing as per your designated profile as well as the format is outdated and not looking impressive. It lacks beauty, poor style of drafting, tabs, copied objective, highlighted header and text which were not required.
You basically need to draft your resume again with a good format and share all your responsibilities and work and to the fact your present resume never looks like a CV of an HR Manager.
