I need letter format loss of pay for employer who got salray less ,any one help me on this.employer salray 15000,he got 14500 because of loss pay got less ,according his pay slip he needs letter format for Loss Of Pay (employer applied for loan, bank manger needs it ),please help me on this

Does your company provide the Payslip, if so the payslip contains all the details i.e. loss of pay. If your company does not provide the Salary slip than you can issue salary certificate which will suffice the employees need i.e. submitting to the bank about his gross salary.
Company usually never give letter on Loss of pay. Please wait for seniors to advice further
