I would add one more word to what Ukmitra mentioned ['.......don't cheat.....'], and it is this: '.....cheat & FOOL.....'
Do you think TCS doesn't have any processes to catch you later, if not immediately?
Coming to your line--that you left TCS as you were "....not enjoying the job....", where's the guarantee that you will like it this time?
Frankly, your's is a classic case of "Act in haste, Repent @ leisure"--I know this might hurt. But suggest LEARN from your mistake & move-on in life.
Reg TCS, I agree with Ukmitra--just give it a shot with full & complete disclosure. If they are CONVINCED that you are honest & repentant, they MIGHT agree. But also be prepared for the Worst-case-Scenario.

i guess the comments mentioned above should tell you; that what you really need to do is to come clean and if you do approach TCS again; mention the scenario and reasons as to why you didn't continue with them( provided you have had a clean exit).
Speaking from the background screening point of view; TCS has a rigid background check mechanism and if you aren't picked up being an ex employee; the previous employer would reveal details that you had resigned and further digging could unearth this complete situation. If they do find out by themselves; you could be disastrous for you and could lead to you getting blacklisted.
I'm sure if you explain to them that you were hired but couldn't continue; they could consider you for a different process.
in the end the choice still and will always be yours. i hope you choose wisely

TCS has the full fledge process might be they charged you as absconding ,or not you just have a word with HR Department of TCS if they convinced & gave you something in written then only you will proceed otherwise you can also sack out from TCS after the background check of yours.

Actually if you want to reapply it depends on how you exited last time. If you resigned and served the notice or atleast were relieved by the company then it would not be any problem for you to reapply but if you had absonded it is futile to reapply. TCS has systems in place with all the employee data so whether you reveal or not that you were working previously in TCS apparently it would be figured out.

Above suggestion is really valuable but can not understand every one given suggestion but not what he should do if he contact to TCS . This is fact about absconding or living but if HR asks about current situation then what is answer of rejoining will be a success story for onward with TCS.
Sir- My suggestion will be to contact to your last TCS manager and check feedback and request to them about your current situation. I thing he/she will defiantly help. Directly approaching HR can leads many question.

I have a pretty good idea about how the recruitment process in TCS works.(Now dont ask me, how).
I have good news for you.You can obviously join TCS again. As a matter of fact, it is quite common as well.In fact, I know cases and personally know people you have left and rejoined TCS as much as 3 times, not very long ago.
There are a few strings attached ofcourse.Like any other employer, TCS would prefer a clean record. If your separation process from TCS was a clean resignation, then its alright. If it had been termination or absconding, then it might create problem and then things will boil down to your personal negotiation skills.
Rest is fine..Go ahead..
