Its quite difficult to change immediately.. at your current organisation slowly get involved in core activities of HR.. for core HR lot of practical experiences are required to sustain in industry..
Read lot of case studies so that you would start to understand the pulse of employees and situations

Thanks for your quick response on query.
In my previous Organisation, I have experience working on HR Generalist activities like Joining Formalities, Induction, Employee Grievance, Employee Relations, Issuing hike letter and Address proof letters, Initiating the background verification process, discussing with BU heads for Employee Resignations, conducting exit interviews and Exit formalities, providing relieving letters along with Vendor Management for Recruitment and Sourcing Strategy.
Due to my personal reasons, I had to leave that Organisation and since there are no opportunities in Core HR, I joined in Recruitment firm again.
My passion lies in exploring more and more core HR Roles.
It would be great if you can suggest me at this situation.

First of all Thank you very much. Yes, I had decided my desired field right from the starting of my final year. I wanted to grow in HR, Logistics or Import-Export. Since I have got one of the three, so I will continue to work in HR department & will pursue MBA in same field. About my Expectations, I want to be master in what I do, so being a Professional & successful HR 5 or 7 years down the line is my Aim. In pay-roll, database, recruitment & core. After that I would love to work in International organisation where in I can migrate to Canada or UK.
Kindly give me any suggestions or your opinions if you would like to.

Hiiii sir I do have a 12 month of experience in recruitment & same problem i am facing i want to go in core HR HR generalist profile But i am not finding a suitable wherever i have apllied as a HR generalist they need experience in Generalist profile. whether i have to join any course for core HR,Please guide me what should i do. i am quite serious about that plz help me.

Dear Nishat,
Try Try Try... u will get it!... focus on small /mid size organisations tell them your knowledge on HR..
Between read more of case studies to understand the way of HR
Also in your current company take initiatives in general HR works, participate if possible ask for job rotation or parallely work as generalist
