I have to work on a thesis for my Masters in HRM. We can select a topic from any area, but I prefer it to be related to HR.
Would highly appreciate if you all can advice on some current topics related to HR for me to look for whether I can go ahead with it. If the topic related to banking feild, that would be ideal, I think, cz I m working in a bank.
I have few ideas on;
1. performance potential appraisal and its importance in managing an organisation,
2. power, politics & authority in organisation - (hv to develop with further)
3. keeping employees motivated in a declining business environment to fight back and come around. etc.
Please give me your comments and better topics please.
