The most important thing is you believe that they have an upper hand.
What is important for you ?
1) Getting relived by paying bond or
2) Serve notice period and save the penalty
If decided then :- go to your HRM and tell them your priorities , any fight or abusing, blaming will worse the case.
Negotiate in a manner they wont feel cheated, (but mind it it is only a barter , getting someting means losing something)
The bond money is not going in HRM pocket ? Believe me such exercise are annoying for personal managers and they all want to get rid from such situation ASAP.
Now for the legal suite, I do not think they or any one can do ? and Varun the organisation does not run on the mood of individuals so irrelevant.Now it seems you do not need reliving certificate ............???
