Hello,
I have been working as HR Executive in software company. our company newly started. In our company before my joining only have 6 employees and they all are relatives or friends of our company founder. I have a one team member. he is looking admin related work. he is fresher and junior, also he is cousin of founder.
At the time of joining my interviewer (Director) said, i have to get work done from that admin person. i said ok. now my problem is that admin person creating very silly issues and complaining to director and also to other employees. till date i ignored so many thing of him but he always disturb HR work. whenever i talking with employees regarding rules in office he interfer. speaking very arrogantly. he and other employees (his brother and friends) always quarrel in the office premises. I only expect from him some maturity about the work environment, speaking style, controlling childish behaviour.
Kindly suggest on the same.

Hi,
Pradnyaji,
You are associated with a family owned business org I presume!, it will be always tough for you to be in such environment. To be very precise you must be expecting family members to be professional at work.My advice is that if you are not happy and unable to control situations and feeling embarrased, look out for some good opportunity else where in the industry.
You have the potential and competency to win,so be the master and not the slave.
Thanks
Bijay

Hi Pradnya,
You mentioned the new member is the fresher so he must be behaving due to lack of knowledge and experience how to follow an office culture. Further, he is a family member so will always feel superior and unchallenged.
But doesn't matter. Sit with him and make him understand your role in maintaining an office decorum and how one has to behave. Stay cool, calm and assertive. Don't blame him directly and point of mistakes straight away, instead focus on the situations. If it works, it's good otherwise look for other opportunity. However, you will come across such people almost everywhere so face the situation and concentrate on your work if you are truly involved in your work.
Hope it helps!
Best regards,

Hi,Pradnyaji,
Thanks for revert,
As ou said abt effect on your resume,Let me tell you that the resume of any cndidate is just the primary information you provide. As regards to "early leaving" you should mention the true facts and reasons against the same. However, The correct interviewer will judge you with your presentation, skill, talent and how confidently you face the interview.
I Know you have the knowledge and skill to come across such difficulties and challenges.Live life with your terms and make others to value your potential.
Success will be all yours when you master the field you own.Listen to your inner voice and act.We all here will be only suggesting and guiding.
Thanks
Bijay.
