Hi Rohit.

Gap in education will not effect your future prospects of your Job. So, relax. Infact your work experience is an added value which will be accounted as a strength. Now, if your interested in Data Center and Networking jobs, Yes, you would need the required certification. All MNC and even Small Mid Size companies, will not entertain any CV without required certification. Infrastructure is the Backbone of Business and no sound minded company will compromise on quality of candidates in this department.

As you don't have requisite experience, I suggest you should try and get in as trainee or fresher. Many MNC do take fresh graduates and you will really need to fight it out there in market. You have a very tough competition in this job sector. Just to give an example, I have come across diploma holder with relevant skills much more suitable to Head an IT department then BE. So, Qualification is an entry card but not the norm to get you a good Job. Your skills, innovation, apt on your work and attitude to provide that economical and wonder solution to business within TAT, will count more. Wish you all the best.
