Hi Sukhjeet,
Just apply for job and start working. You already have the qualification and degree and you don't need any more training. But yes you will need practical training that's best learn on Job.
Wish you all good luck.

Hi Sukhjeet,
I understand your situation. I am working in a small company as an HR- Manager, but i don't have any degree but yes i am having the experience. Now a days experience matters a lot.
You have to start with something, so start your career with a junior profile, may be as an Hr- executive or as a recruiter. Don't go after looking for big MNC's as they don't take fresher candidates. Try for SME's or for some good consultancies, they always look for good candidates. And as far as SME's are concerned, there are not much but you can learn many things from here and grow yourself along with the organisation.
I hope i have given some valid suggestions.
Best Of Luck!!!

Well, its not correct to say that companies recruit only experienced people and not the freshers.
All the professionals are freshers until they got their first job and gain work experience.
So, as you have the relevant qualification, then you can apply for the job as there are so many companies hire freshers time to time. Do search for fresher opening in HR and apply.
