Hello, I am working as HR in a start up.. We want to set up a gratuity fund on our own and not though LIC..
Kindly revert for all the details necessary for setting gratuity fund..especially
1)Is it mandatory to implement retirement age at this stage?
2) Is it mandatory to take personal insurance of employees under gratuity scheme? Under which conditions the employee becomes eligible for getting such insured amount under gratuity?
