Dear Seniors,
I have been worked with indus motor co pvt ltd. it is an automobile industry located at chennai. in this company the management is not deducting esi & epf for many employees including me. now i resigned from the service. may apply for any compliance regarding this through inspector of factories or somehow? when ever people are coming for inspection they settle them with corruption.
May i have any possibilities to get any settlement amount? (i have been served 2.7 yrs at there. not been confirmed)
Will it make them to provide all the statutory benefits to the remaining employees?
i am attaching a document for your reference. please help me out on this. not only for me, for the existing employees also.

Dear Selvam,
First of all I appreciate your interest in bringing out the matter to light. Since you have documentary proof of employment and 2.7 yrs. experience and salary drawn details there is nothing wrong in taking up the matter to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner (Vigilance), Royapettah, Chennai about their non compliance of PF matters to the employees and better lodge a complaint in plain paper together with copies of your proof. If not for you, atleast your action may benefit others. If possible you can also meet the concerned at the Grievance Cell and lodge your complaint. Go ahead.

You have a strong case. Please ensure that it does not affect your new job
As HR professionals it is our responsibility to educate the Management to implement all such rules.
An Accounts Manager ensure compliance with Tax provisions. He also finds loop holes in Tax laws . Finding loop hole is different and evasion is different
Some HR Managers are asked to find out loop holes, which is legally correct.
Evasion is legally wrong.

Dear All,
I really appreciate your concern. I have just started my career as HR. Even the companies in hyderabad which are in automobile industry(Service) are not following any statutory policies. I am sharing my experience below:
i attended one interview in Hyderabad for HR executive position, senior HR said that they would not issue any letters for employees or workers who are working there and also they do not create any bank accounts for salary credit. they felt that both were weapons for an employee for lodging complaints for not paying minimum wage as per minimum wage act.
see how people are making money by exploiting human resources for their sole profits.
I request you to give a complaint by attaching proofs like.. appointment letters or payslips or the account credentials if they created.
thanks and regards,

Dear Selvam,
I was also faced some of situations like as you mentioned. Now I want to share one situation which I faced last 4 years back in textile industry. One of our employee his designation is line supervisor, daily he was getting a extra work from our employees more than 1 hour, I informed him orally more than 3,4 times in a week. but he didn't listened my words. After that one day I've taken photos and videos of his working nature and I mailed to our Chairman, within half on hour he called me and he asked about that situation. After 2 days he visited to our unit and got the all information with other my colleagues and he terminated that supervisor. On that day such employees are blessed me and till day some employees knows my name.
