Hi Ragni,
If it is Rs 500 for Indiviual than i would suggest a Sweet Box to all the employees, but again not sure of putting a logo on that. If you can just tell what things you would prefer, let me try to rethink and tell you...........

Hi Ragni, You can purchase tea thrmus/cattle from Milton (medium size) and put a stiger of your company on it. This will cost you below 500/- and a remarkable gift also. Deepali

go for a digital clock, with temperature & date displayed. You can hav the logo, economical, USEFUL to every employee. Second option is a wrist watch - makes a good impact. revert with your view. - Namitha

Hi, Dipawali is biggest function of Indian’s. So, you should propose gift which is durable, attractive & useful for every family member such as Hot-Pot set, Juice Set etc. Thanks, Amit Tawar

I know it might look odd, but the way we been doing is: Go to the gift shop, ask for prices, whatever is in budget, take pictures or names. Once this is done, we circulate the same among employees to choose one out of these gifts. The reason behind it is simple: We don't want to gift them something which they already have.

Hi Ragni,
in NTPC we have been purchasing crockeries from M/s UPC , their factory is at Bhatia Nagar, Ghaziabad. They put our NTPC logo on the place where we want on each item. A tea set can also be a good item to remember for the recipient of the gift from your company. The Marketing Manager is shri SUDESH BHATT and his no. is 09810269905. u may submit proposal to the approving authority for this item also. This would be cheap and best.

Hi Ragni, most gifts that are suggesgted are routinely used on that festival, but i have seen a very unique gift called as reflector candle, which is a one electric candle but when u switch on there will be numerous candles on its surroundings. Item of attraction for all the visiting guests. I can give you details from where you can procure, if you are really interested.
