Kindly tell me how to process under ESI act interest or damage low. We are depositing payment by cheque date of 19/07/2011 receiving acknowledge. But clearing date 23/07/2011. How to pay esi department damage or interest.

Login into your employer ESIC Challan > Click Recovery/Defaulter Challan > Defaulter List > Generate Challan if any amount showing in respect of Damage or Interest (C-18 & D-18)
Check Once if any amount showing pending
