Dear Rakesh,
Managing MIS for geographically located office are easy with a good Software. How far is your firm ready to invest?
Please research the ones that are available and find the one that suits best.
Excel sheet wouldn't be manageable as the firm integrates all the offices and the strength grows.

Dear Mr. Rakesh,

The points that you have raised would be culture sensitive. You can not stop the people when eating non vegetarian food is a part of their lifestyle or culture or is a requirement to survive in extreme cold whether.

As a management person, you need to be careful about it.

For language issues, you need to hire people who can understand the local language of these countries / plants so that you can interact with them. Further, your management should take initiative and learn the language so that it helps them.

The problems you are facing have to be handled at the top management level by way of strategic decisions and HR team should be a part of it. Alone HR team can not handle these issues as they would have repercussions.

If you management is willing to take help and guidance from professionals who have experience in handling such situations, please feel free to contact us as we have hand on experience in handling international issues and cultural diversity matters across the globe.

Our senior professionals would be glad to help you,

Thanks,

Kind Regards,

Dear Mr. Rakesh,
Softwares are a good point to start effecting controls in acquired companies by way of corporate policies. However, you need to be aware that change management and cultural gap can pose a big challenge and haste may lead to lower productivity.
Do revert back with options considered at your end to discuss further.
