Respected Sir/Madam please tells me how we recruitment the casual employee for three months what is process and their ESI &PF deduction is mandatory yes or no

as per casual worker u required ................
than its not compulsory for the PF & ESIC required cos its not the company on roll worker its only applicable on company"s on roll worker.....
and for that recruitment part you directly connect to the labour suppliers for this casual workers

Dear Sir
Plse clarify once more regarding the classification of intake into the organisation.
I am working in a company in puirely contractual basis for six months and after that got renewed four times.
I do not have any pf or ESI deduction.
Would I get any benifit if I been asked for retretch.
