Good day all,

Trust you all are having a great morning,

I am a Volunteer HR consultant (trainee) with a growing Consultant firm in Lagos. I decided to volunteer just after my service year, in the consulting firm because of my love and passion for solving people and situation issues, plus i would be acquiring significant skills to strategically position me in acquiring my career objective of being an expert in HRM

My concern however now is that i have been volunteering for over 5 months and i am finding it difficult to find an employment opportunity proper even after acquiring more soft and technical skills. I also intend to end my volunteering training at the end of my 6th month but i am clueless to what i to do in case i still don't get a job. Should i continue to volunteer if i don't get employed after my 6th month or try an intern position in a bigger firm. Although my present boss promises employment if financial situation of the firm improves. Please i need to hear from you all.
