Hi Seniors,
I would like to confirm that "Do we need to get registered with PF Office in every state" if we are operating form multiple locations.
We are already registered in Delhi but operating from Gurgaon-Haryana
Should we go for PF/ESIC Registration in Haryana also?
Kindly advise on this?

Separate registration is not required for the branch offices.Whenever a branch is opened intimation to PF dept.through a covering letter 1+1 is enough.
PF contribution of all the employee (HO + Branches)should be paid at HO place itself.

Dear 8800595655,
Correct and complete advise on your post is as under:
Your establishment in Delhi is registered under PF and ESI.
You are operating from multi locations / multi States. You want to confirm whether you need to register your establishment under PF & ESI in every State.
Answer is- No. But for administrative purpose you can apply for sub-code under main code, both PF & ESI at each location if one location is far from another one or in different region.
ESI sub-code is must to avail the cash benefit by employees from local branch office.

Please follow Keshav's advice on ESI. for PF, it is not necessary to have multiple accounts and the central account would suffice.
Having sub-account for ESI not only facilitates members getting cash benefits, but also help in availing their medical benefits. Most important benefit is it will ensure accident benefits in cast an employee is injured/dies in an accident arising during the course of employment. The pension available to the deceased' heirs are fair and useful. Besides, it absolves the employer of the liability under the Employees' Compensation Act (earlier known as Workmen's Compensation Act.
