Hi All,
I am Subhash I have got offer in MNC to join in 30 days I accepted that offer and I said to the HR I will try to reduce my notice period upto 30 days. Our company has 45 days notice period. In current organisation I tired my best level to convince my Manager and Team lead to releive me in 30 days and said the true pitcure of my new opportunity. But He they are saying that i have to serve my notice period as per company rules. After 2 weeks my Team lead sent me mail regarding I have to serve my full notice period i.e, 45 days. Immediatly I have forwarded this conversation to HR of new company. She replied that they cannot extend my joining date. Could someone please advise now what I should do?
Thanks & regards,
Subhash G

Please check your Notice Period in Termination Clause of your Appointment Letter, wherein you can buyback the Notice Period or not.
Please let the senior know what your Termination Clause states so as to advice accordingly.
