Dear All,
I am working in the manufacturing company as a HR Exe.. We are giving attendance incentive to our workers who are worked 26 days in a month except weekly off. In June Month, there is 25 working days & 5 weekly off & in May, 2013, there were 27 working days & 4 weekly off. I just want to know, attendance incentive is applicable in both months ? please reply with detail... If there is any gazetted holiday then is it applicable or not.
Plz help.

Dear Bandna
From your post , the attendance incentive rule/crieteria for you is .... " An employee will be entitled to earn "ATTENDANCE INCENTIVE" if he/she attends all the working days in the particular month."
Definiiton of working days = (all days of the month except weekly off and festival holidays/national hoildays- declared by the compnay).
Hope it is clear now

Yes incentive is applicable for both the month i.e. May and June.
In a nutshell it can be said that apart from weekly off and all Holidays listed by the company if an employee works for all the days he/she is entitled. Only those who take their CL/SL/EL/LWP are not entitled for the incentive
Hope this clarifies your query
