KINDLY HELP ME SO THAT I CANNOT RUIN MY FURTHER INTERVIEWS.
Yesterday i went for an interview there i was asked lot of questions but i stuck to maximum of them few questions for which i have not found the solution are related to practical experiences.
Since i didn't had it so was not able to answer them. They are:
1. Do you Have Patience ? How can you say or explain it?
2. What is the process of Problem solving ?
3. How is your people management skill?
4. Define HR in one line and most appropriate manner?
5. How do you handle Admin?
6. Are you cool minded and how much?
Please do reply i am waiting.

The details / questions which asked are not clear to me, but based on my understanding, I am giving you the following

1. Do you Have Patience ? How can you say or explain it?

Say Yes and explain any one the incidents at office or at home where you handled the situation with Patience. This question does not mean that you should share experience which you had at office but also from your home.

2. What is the process of Problem solving ?

Identify/understand the problem - Analyze the problem - Collect relevant data & details - Identify solutions for the program with the support of data & analysis - Select the best possible solution for the problem - implement the same - monitor the result / reaction - if good, Continue - If not, start from the first.

3. How is your people management skill?

Say that i would say good because: explain about the incident where handled difficult situation or where you solved a people related issue or tell them a situation where you got your job done from very difficult people.

4. Define HR in one line and most appropriate manner?

It is a department or support systems responsible for personnel sourcing and hiring, applicant tracking, skills development and tracking, benefits administration and compliance with associated government regulations

5. How do you handle Admin?

I would handle Admin Job based on the situations, result and priority. Normally i would try to do this with the support of admin policies / SOP, If there is Admin Policies or SOP, would develop it first and implement for the best results.

6. Are you cool minded and how much?

Yes but I am unaware of the tool to measure the "cool mind" of a guy but i would give the clear picture of the incident where i handled difficult situated with very cool or calm mind. " Explain something about the incident or create something".

Remember you can not wait for all these situations to happen in your life. When you are asked this kind of questions, you should create something which is acceptable by interviewer and explain the same in a professional way. Because they just wanted to see how are you answering for their questions.

Thank you for your replies. I have one more question to ask you that is there any difference between process of problem solving and procedure of problem solving if yes?
Then what is the procedure?

Process is higher level of procedure.
Process suggests stages but procedure suggests steps.
Procedure of problem solving is to suggest steps to be followed.
Process of problem solving is to suggest stages to be followed.
For example, if you ask how to reach delhi from mumbai (problem statement).
The processes will say you can go by Bus, train or flight. Means you can process in three way to solve your problem of reaching delhi.
But procedure will talk about one of the above three ways with steps to be followed - 1. Pack you bag 2. Catch a Taxi to airport, 3. Buy a ticket 4. Security checkin 5. Get in to the air plane etc.
I think it answers.
Anyway you have posted good questions which every body should know about themselve.

Well, these questions are little different but not tough enough that you can not answer. Just don't confuse with unexpected questions and be calm, you know the answers for them.
Also, the above mentioned answers are correct but you don't need to answer those in the same way but you your intelligence as it will benefit you not only to build your confidence but also help you in answering the more other questions as well as prepare yourself for the further interviews.

I have read the post of all memebers and felt like to share my views abt interview and the questions projected,

First of all , about patience, cool mind etc,One should identify himself regarding these issues himself by just being confident and self understanding that if x situation arises how will he react and how can he contribute to resolve the problem in his favour.

Secondly Regarding the problem solving procedures etc - I feel every problem has solution and has its own unique procedure which is more of situational.Whle adminstratively, on document problems are soughted out through procedures and proceedings as per the policy guidelines.

When We talk about HR - Its all about people,people management and A valuable resource that an hr has to endeavour to convert this resource in to asset of organisation and nurture this resource with best of best next practices.

Questions of interviews are framed to Judge the candidate for retrieving the best out of them, - And that best will come through Confidence, competence and cultural values.
