Dear Bipin,

Recently I was asked to assist an organization counsel a bunch of employees who had been identified for termination due to falsification of academic records, work experience, etc. What was apparent was that during their stint with the organization never once did anyone of them willingly declare the false data submitted, even after the organization announced strong policy changes against such activities. Their conscience came alive only when confronted with evidence of their questionable actions. Most regretted their actions, but by then the damage to their self-respect and esteem had already been done.

I think the HR department of the first organization, would cross-verify, at some point of time, your application with internal records before extending an offer or before confirmation. Please note almost all companies do not take kindly to falsification of data.

Such actions would not only jeopardize your career, but also come back to haunt you in the future. Please act carefully and honestly with your eyes firmly on your future career.

Regards

Dear Bipin,

I am a retired Govt servant and working in a private company as VP (Admin) since last one year. I would like to share my personal experience with you, if you wish to. I have served as a senior class 1 gazetted officer and found over a period of time the truth lies in the saying "once a lie will always be a lie". Think it over and let me tell you that in private industrial world the word will spread like jungle fire. I can quote at least 100 examples to you where people have been caught at some time in their life and paying heavy price for the good or bad deeds done by them. You can't wait for your dependants to pay for the likely sins committed by you.

It will be very good on your part to accept your mistakes and speak with the senior lots around you, take their advice and then take next steps. Don't be a "migratory employee" as after some time you will hit a dead end and then will not be left with any options. I will quote an example of one couple working with IT MNC, who started with very high salary packages and accordingly bougt very high priced cars, expensive flat and children studying in very expensive schools. Every thing was going very well till the time industry hit slow down in the year 2008-09 and one fine day both of then had lost the jobs and were without good quality job for one year. I have seen the family struggling so badly that they had to part with the cars and were barely managing to sustain and meeting EMI demands from financial institutes.

Why I am explaining this to you is that it's not the question of fooling one company but managing your own life. It is always good to get one peace of bread from the salary earned and eat it happily rather than dreaming a three course meal everyday. Be straight, truthful and God fearing and hard working rather than looking for short tern goals which may not help you to sustain in long term.

With warm wishes.

that is the reason always speak truth people u tend to speak truth god will be there to help them if in any situation any problems comes god is there to help
i lie will create 100 lies and goes on more one day u will be in that situation where it ill be very difficult to get out from spider web
and after notice everything problems comes from all four sides , so think properly always do future planning keep investing in govt like ppf , recurring deposits , insurance , saving , mutual funds and many more keep ur money increasing and also some safer side some other investment should also be done even my co so that if recission comes companies should not think of layoff

Hi Bipin,
My suggestion would be to let go of the 'good co' and try a third co altogether. As many have pointed out,it doesnt help to fake in the long run.Forget about this co and start afresh with clean slate.

Well, the first thing I would like to correct is the there's nothing such like- "Blunder Mistake" as the word "blunder" is enough for a big mistakes because "blunder" stands for a Big big mistake. So, make sure not to club both words again. It's a very common grammatical mistake people use to do.
Now coming to the point, if you getting the fresh calls from a company then do not worry about the past interviews given in that interview and take it as your first interview over their and show your original ones this time.
Companies conduct lot of interviews on daily or time to time and they don't remember every candidate etc. and etc. Just do not hesitate, forget about what happened last year and go for the interview with full of confidence and with original docs.
