I am really very confuse and now don't know that what to do ?
There is one case I would like to share with you all
If a person getting a salary of 12000 then PT will be 200 but that person is absent for 15 days than his salary will become less than 6000. and according to PT Slab you cannot cut the PT of less than 5999 salary of employee. so I request you all that what to do ? It is real case in our organization this month and I am newly joined that is why having this confusion. please remove my confusion..

Hi, PT will be deducted on Gross salary payable for each month, if the same is less then the applicable slab of PT will be applicable for that month.

As seniors advised the PT is applicable on the gross salary of that particular month. If the employee whose salary is 12000 p.m. and his salary earned for a particular month is Rs. 6000/- then the applicable PT will be 6000 to 8999 which is Rs. 80/- in Gujarat State as you are from Rajkot. Hope this clarifies your query

So that mean PT will be counted on net paid na ? It totally indicates that after all deduction, PT should be deducted.. Right ?

No
Don't get confused with CTC and gross, If CTC is taken then deduct all contributions of the employer and derive at Gross Salary then PT and all other deductions of the employee has to be done to derive at Net Salary
