Hello Everyone,
I have done MBA in HR and having 1-2 yr exp as HR Generalist. Now I am planning to learn SAP HR and pursue my career in it.
Kindly suggest for the SAP HR scope?
Will it be right time to go for SAP HR only having 1 yr HR Experience?
How can I move forward for this course?
Kindly provide as much as information about this course, So that I can take right decision for my career.

As you have HR generalist exp.. You can understand the SAP. Even i m certified and working with Novartis.
I got Trained from SHIV from Bangalore. He teaches very well.
I guess he started a new batch on 19th july. and there two girls who came from Delhi as well. If you want i can give their numbers.

Should i do SAP Now or Should I do it after completing my MBA ?

When will you complete your studies. and you said that you are working. If you are going for sap Training , you should give complete dedication to SAP and you need to practice more.

This year i have started my MBA & My working hours are 9am to 6pm.
I have Laptop so i can practice at home.
Now I'm not going for any SAP classes.
Before going for training i would like get the full information.

If you are in bglr then you can directly meet the trainer when class is going on.. you can interact with students as well.

But my major concern to get the good Job after SAP HR..
Please tell me about the scope of SAP Hr after course.. Will it be easy to get the job or there would be major difficulty...
What about the Entry as SAP HR Fresher but having 1.8 yrs of Generalist profile exp.

hi Ritu ,
I am not an SAP expert , but these are my views
- getting a job in SAP HR just by completing the course from any institute is pretty difficult
- you could get certified but again certification does not guarantee a job .but certification is definitely a good start
- Also your generalist will not be counted in SAP , so basically you will start as a fresher .
- I have known a lot of people who have resorted to unfair means to get a job , but that's an unethical way to land a job .
