As you have HR generalist exp.. You can understand the SAP. Even i m certified and working with Novartis.
I got Trained from SHIV from Bangalore. He teaches very well.
I guess he started a new batch on 19th july. and there two girls who came from Delhi as well. If you want i can give their numbers.
Its a right time to start your carer in SAP HR. This is trainers number ( Shiv Raj, 918951547997) you can get the clear information and you also discuss your quires.
Drop a mail if anything.

Ritu Rani, if your interest is to learn by yourself how a fully automated HR system works, you should enroll yourself for 'EmpXtrack' & have a Free Trial for 14 days. SAP - HR may not be able to provide you working knowledge on a web based on-line system which is the need of HR today.
But if your interest is merely to get a stamp of being SAP-HR qualified, please go ahead & there will be many others to guide you.

hi Ritu ,
I am not an SAP expert , but these are my views
- getting a job in SAP HR just by completing the course from any institute is pretty difficult
- you could get certified but again certification does not guarantee a job .but certification is definitely a good start
- Also your generalist will not be counted in SAP , so basically you will start as a fresher .
- I have known a lot of people who have resorted to unfair means to get a job , but that's an unethical way to land a job .
Hope this helps .

Hi Ramon,
Thanks for the Information.
But the Certified course is of 3 Lack which is quite costly for me. I have done MBA HR (Regular) also.
I came across with an institute they are providing training for SAP HR but not certification of 30,000.
Trainer who will provide the training has done the SAP HR Certification and working in good company. They are also promising for the placement after course for which they will charge 10,000 after getting Offer letter from the company.
Kindly suggest, I have to start course this month only.
