I am a commerce graduate and MBA(HR), Began my career with BPO industry in non HR & Finance segment, i tried in between to switch to other industry but couldn\'t succeeded, now its been 7 years with the BPO industry and i am still eagerly looking to switch the industry. Can you suggest me the ways that can help me maybe some courses that can give me a different line of direction.

You are already an MBA HR, what else course do you need. With 7yrs in Industry I guess HR in all vertical will be ideal for you. Try learn from internet and Citehr what all HR verticals are and try seek job as a HR professional to start with.

Thats where i am facing challenge, i am trying for HR opening with my current domain specifications and getting nothing and also 2-3 places where i got a chance to be interviewed they simply rejected saying due to difference in the industry structure.
I am not able to pick the right link, though you have suggested i will try and keep myself updated with the scenario.

I know the challenge and I am sure with time and with your own personal efforts you will learn to counterfight such hurdles.
Ensure that whichever vertical you choose in HR, you be absoultly thorough on the subject theortically. Besides, if you get a chance for interview with any top companies, offer them to work with them for free for 1month.
I don't know what process you were working at BPO, but I am sure you can add value as an HR for all BPO HR requirements, since you been in BPO business for 7yrs.
PS: Even I worked for 2.5yrs in BPO and steered by career as HR Business partner. Wish you good Luck.

You may start by preparing a database of BPOs in your area.Get their contact details from website and send your CV for any requirements in HR.You may also call their HR on phone.Prepare a CV to highlight your BPO work and how you will add value as HR of a BPO since you know how the industry works.
In interview highlight by giving examples how you recruited your own team members,how your HR education has helped you to improve performance of the team and so on. In short try to merge your BPO experience with parallel activities in HR.A person with diversified experience always adds value to any organization.
Networking thru professional networking sites such as citehr,linkedin should of course happen. See if someone can recommend/endorse you.
