but for my knowledge purpose I want to refer these books for adjusting and managing these leaves in Payroll of employees and can you suggest me some books for Labour Law with examples and case studies.

Hi :
There is lot of data regarding leave policy and leave management on citehr itself. Please search the info and I am sure you will get answers to all the doubts you have in mind. The info available in books is theoritical but may get confusing. You can read the Shop act or Factories act whichever is applicable to your organisation. This will be more useful.

Please can you help me in one more thing I am recently started working in IR field, for sharpen my knowledge of Industrial relation and labour law. Can you suggest me some books for labour law which has examples and case studies. I have books but that don't contain examples and case studies. and this is very typical to understand a bare ACT.

I am currently working in a Oil mill, Company is revising its different HR policies, I have created a core leave policies for the company but please suggest me how I create different leave rules for different hierarchy levels.

Dear all,
I m working as HR trainee in automobile company. I read out leave policy sample. I have a doubt the leave which he as mentioned depends upon the company policy or the leave which he has mentioned is actual as per HR recod or policy bcoz in our company CL-7 SL-7 & PL -21 this is for the staff level and manager level CL & SL same but PL -35 .
