Hii All,
our company is a construction company having construction project inside one of our clients location. my question is we are working their as contractor and after few days we will employ few labour for some work by sub contractor. so as a contactor what legal documents to be maintain by contractor employing sub contractor under various labour laws.
Also what documents are need to mantain by us as a contractor under various labour law.
please reply as this is very urgent. thanks in advance.
