This has to bring your notice that what is the Statutory Bonus and hows it's work?
Also does it's has to cut from your own CTC as currently I received the offer where the Statutory Bonus shows different in salary break-up and I will not received until any festival.
So please let me know what to do and how it's get deducting in my case.
My Case:-
Total CTC Monthly - 33,333.33
Statutory Bonus-3,283.00
Total CTC after deduction:- 30,050.00
PF - 1,600
Tax - 200
Take Home - 28,250
So why I have to let them deduct the bonus from my own salary and have to get back at festival time? Please explain
