Dear Sir,
I am working in Electronics Company in Gujarat as an Executive - Personnel.
We have changed in Board of Directors recently. Our company is limited company. Also we are registered under Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, etc.
I want to know whom we should notify for change of Director under various acts and what is the process for it.
Please advise.
Thanks & Regards,
Yogesh Jadav

Dear Yogesh ji,
You need to inform all the concern departments about the change. The departments with whom you have registered your company and the details of company is given to such departments at the time of registration, you must inform such departments the change. Example : Factory Dept. , Labour Dept., PF Dept., ESI Dept., PT Dept., Labour Welfare Dept.
Certain departments you need to submit the change under certain form / format. Example: ESI - form 01, PF - form 5A.
