Dear Senior’s,
I was joined June 5th 2013 one Pvt ltd software company as Sr.HR.executive, due to this job I was relocated Chennai to trichy after I joined one week the send Chennai head office for induction program end of the week(21.06.13) the give a termination without any warning and notice. I argue with them and ask the reason, they told your performance was not and you not meet & ask the induction program for induction any department head.( They terminated immediately that day itself without notice period)
My question is
1. What is induction? What purpose induction given to new joiners
2. The induction program new joiners ask from the employer or employer wants to give to new joiners.
3. As a new joiner can terminate within a month without any warning and notice
4. How I can claim my losses.
5. Its possible to apply labor court
Kindly help me seniors.
Regards
bala

Hi Bala,
You joined there as Sr. Executive- HR and you are asking the question what does Induction means? I hope you must have the basic knowledge and qualification to work as HR.
Terminating employees within a week is not justified, but there may be following reasons.
1. Your background checks may be failed. Have you given the right information about your credentials about qualification and experience?
2. They may come to know that the hiring is wrong, In this case, they should give you enough time to explain.
3. Copmany may be ruthless and unprofessional.
My suggestion is to look back, have a self analysis and find out why they therminated you.
All the best.

Dear Bala.
I agree with Mr. Vinod and i strongly recommend you that you must ask the reason of the termination instead of arguing with them.
And after that you must work on that reason for the future .
And about the immediate termination and notice period or loss, Please refer to your appointment letter,

I am sure they would have included some clause about termination in your appointment letter. Otherwise I doubt if they would take such a strong action so confidently..
Also, kindly accept this correction - it is New Joinee and not New Joiner.

Dear Bala,
It's unfortunate to say that if such situation come, because at the time of interview an employee is selected by the professional or by senior. Recruiter are unprofessional or recruitment is under recomendation. I am agreed with Mr Vinod.
