Dear Senior’s,
I was joined June 5th one Pvt ltd software company as Sr.HR.executive, due to this job I was relocated Chennai to trichy after I joined one week the send Chennai head office for induction program end of the week the give a termination without any warning and notice. I argue with them and ask the reason, they told your performance was not and you not meet & ask the induction program for induction any department head.( They terminated immediately that day itself without notice period)
My question is
1. What is induction? What purpose induction given to new joiners
2. The induction program new joiners ask from the employer or employer wants to give to new joiners.
3. As a new joiner can terminate within a month without any warning and notice
4. How I can claim my losses.
5. Its possible to apply labor court
Kindly help me seniors.
Regards
bala

Dear Bala
You had joined as senior HR executive, so you ought to know the basics. Induction is familiarization for new joinee with organization, people, systems & processes. Its need of both the company and the employee.
The company can terminate your services on ground of "non satisfactory performance" with issuing proper notice and complying with related clauses as agreed in appointment letter.
A professional company would not terminate in such early stage as you have not yet taken charge and assumed role & responsibilities you were hired for.
There seems some other reason 1) company might have done wrong recruitment- untimely or unsuitable or on later stage development has resulted in untimely recruitment.
OR
1) May do genuine introspection of self..Did you make some grave lapse- hiding of facts etc.??
Do not get dishearten...request the company if instead of termination..Would they accept your resignation?
Wish u good luck

Hello,
I agree with Mr. Shailesh Parikh. Try to have the introspection and with a cool mind try to find why they have terminated your services within induction course period. Labour court is no place for persons like you. Get in touch with the company and try to sort out the matter.
