Dear All,
Greetings!!!
We are process to hire a huge number of temporary staff, for a upcoming project. Please let me know whether it is necessary to hire them on company's roll / III party roll, or we can hire them without puting them into any roll., i.e., on cash.
Is it necessary to maintain their Statuary records. please also tell me what is the minimum duration of employment in which we can hire people on cash wages.

Dear Mr. Ankit,
As per my knowledge, you hire the temporary staff for such time or project wise which has to be indicated in their appointment letter.
As far as cash, I think it is applicable on the labour and work those are working in the factory and site on daily basis.
