Dear All
I am working in service provider company as a HR & admin Manager.Our MD Sir give the facility of Sunday working as on Extra apart from salary.Service engineer misuse of this facilities.They don\'t have work on Sunday, but they come & pretend in front of MD sir,they worked on Sunday. As a HR Manager my responsibility is remove/avoid this. Pls help me.

In this case i feel it is better to prepare a policy to work on holidays. In that all the details has to be mentioned. More over if any one want's to work on Sunday's/Holiday's they should prior approval from MD or any authorised personnel. If not it should clearly mention as no compensation

Thank you very much for giving such reply.As per your suggestion we already made policy for that.But service engineer\'s head support them.They know that their team member not work properly.Then how should i arise my voice against it.
And give me any format related to this policy.

If the policy is already in place, then you can make a few addition to the same. Tell them that when they are taking the permission, they need to mention in a format as to what all maintenance or new activities would be done. Then they have to get the sanctioned for whom they have done the work and then the service boss should sign. This way, even if the service team is showing the same work everyday, then they can be questioned and you can monitor the service performance.
