Hi Nikhil,
To design a salary structure u should keep in mind the following components:
Basic
HRA
Special Allowance (DA)
Child Education and
Conveyance allowance
While child education and conveyance allowance is fixed to 200 and 800 per month, other component you can adjust as per company policy.
Now, one thing you will have to clarify by gross ctc 14,000? is it the monthly gross which employee will be getting?
