You have started you study but still wondering with what specialization?
Well if you dont know with what you want to go, need to check/ask yourself first. What are your interest areas and what is your work life goal. You first need to share yourself with us on what you wanna be or do in your life which actually matter alot for you and will enable us to give appropriate responses.
Also, you are working as an Assistant Service Manager and have a good experience, which comes under Customer Relationship And Service Management, therefore, you can go to PG Diploma in Customer Relationship Management by any reputed University but the question is, would you be interesting in going with it.
If yes, you must go for Sales & Customer Service Course but if no..please share your interesting areas along with your present education qualification

Hi Arun,
Selecting specialization has to do with two things- one career and two PASSION. Where your heart takes you.
Of the two, your passion plays a more important role, and obviously, you alone could judge.
Regarding career perspective, we dont know what are the electives that are offered. IF CRM is offered, you can consider that.....
All the best
