One of our clients has put forward a query that security/ward and watch have not been mentioned in any notification issued by the Delhi state, and they are not entitled to minimum wages. We are not able to find any information online either. They are wondering if they should be categorized as unskilled or semi-skilled. Can you please help us obtain a copy of that notification to address our client's query?
