I'm working in jewelry Industry. I have less experience in generalist profile.
My boss has asked me to find out new tecnique for appraisal in our organisation.
i have gone thrue all the tecniqs, but i found our KRA based appraisal tecnique to be best. However i have not found any relative information abt the same & i m clueless abour appraisal method as its m,y 1st time.
Our company has 50 + employees. plz suggest some tecniqs & share formats for the same.
