hi, i am working in a company as front desk executive but looking for a career in hr. i m pursuing pgdhrm from symbiosis but i am confused.what should i do?
As you are pursuing education in HR, wait till you passout from your college with a degree, concentrate on studies to get good grades. Continue in the same job and try to get inside into admin department. Mean while try to get knowledge about HR functions and day to day HR activities. Also as you are from Symby, you have good chances of getting a job in HR. Also try to get know how of how other companies functions in HR & Admin. Let me know if anything else required.

thank you sir,
I was thinking to join hr internship program i have visited some of the consultancy like spectrum infogain services, clan learning, auctus and SLA consultant but i haven't decided which consultancy or institute is good for me.
and where i am working right now i also help my hr in making salary vouchers.

hi RIcha,
Consultancies will only help u to get in recruitment, If you want to grow in HR then traget some good but Small corporate companies.
If once u get in consultancies then u would be only in recruitment,

i have also completed hr generalist training Spectum Infogain Services. i hv learnd many function of hr there, like recruitment, salary breakup, tax planning, advanced excel , payroll softwar, labour laws and other important functions of hr with practical. so i suggest you to join SIS. you'll feel comfertable and confidence after this 45 days training. so all the best for career.
thanks and regard,
