hi,
As you are pursuing education in HR, wait till you passout from your college with a degree, concentrate on studies to get good grades. Continue in the same job and try to get inside into admin department. Mean while try to get knowledge about HR functions and day to day HR activities. Also as you are from Symby, you have good chances of getting a job in HR. Also try to get know how of how other companies functions in HR & Admin. Let me know if anything else required.
