good morning experts!
I m an MBA (HR) with 9 months of experience .of which 4 months I have worked as PMO and 5 months as HR generalist.
After my present company went through a very bad financial crisis, I am looking out for job vacancies.
Last company I interviewed is a mid level and senior level management recruitment consultant.
Here I have to start afresh, as my 9 months exp would not b considered, and hence d pay is not good too.
I am in a dilemma would it b wise decision to start afresh.I haven't really decided on HR vertical I want to build my career in.
Please advise.

As you have 9 months of experience it is better to start with fresher as generalist only. You should not think about the salaries in the initial part but only with the knowledge that you should gain
