Could you throw some ideas on the organizational structure.
we have the hierarchy from proj Manager to trainee software engineer now. Now we r planing to have sub bands for each designation...
example... Developer -Band1(greater than Juniors), Band 2(Juniors), Band 3 (trainees)
Like wise for sr. developer, Leads, PMs also...
pls suggest me hw I can do this in a better way...
